Here's why it's a mixed review
Charming atmosphere with perfectly manicured gardens , and very clean accommodations. The staff's friendliness. Plus, the proximity to restaurants is a huge bonus!
Rooms can feel cramped, especially the bathrooms , and the lack of breakfast options can be inconvenient. Limited parking spaces could be an issue during busy times.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with several great places to eat just a few steps away. It's also a short drive to the beautiful Camarillo Ranch House where you can stretch your legs and enjoy some lovely park views.

The Economy Single Room was so great with excellent space utilization and secure access, with amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast at the adjoining cafe was excellent-definitely better than typical hotel offerings. The room's small size felt limiting and there was no closet for clothes storage. The hotel atmosphere lacked vibrancy due to its courtyard arrangement, which may not appeal to everyone. Nonetheless, with clean accommodations and friendly service, this little inn is worth a visit.

I had decently priced room with a fireplace. The location was favourable, just a short stroll away from a Catholic church. It was also not far from good restaurants like Farm-to-table Twenty88 a block away, Premium Outlet, restaurants, shops and freeway, and Camarillo's most charming districts.
